The best pug pub you'll ever visit in leamington.

 Our Story So Far

Henri

The Fat Pug

In 2010 we embarked on a mission to discover a welcoming pub for dog lovers. Failing to find a decent one, we were inspired to create our own! A dog-friendly pub that served great smiles, drinks & food, one that would echo the genuine hospitality, warmth & camaraderie we sought.

In honour of our beloved, pleasantly plump pug, Henrietta, we decided to bring our vision to life & open a charming establishment in 2012 namely The Fat Pug. A Pub that not only welcomes four-legged friends but also pays homage to the delightful spirit Henri embodies!

The Pug Pub brand has continued to grow over the years. We are now up to a pug count of 6! We look forward to meeting you soon.

See You in The Pub!

This is Our Grumble

A "grumble" of pugs is a delightful term used to describe a group of pugs! Just like a "pack" of dogs or a "pride" of lions, a "grumble" is the collective noun specifically for pugs. The term is fitting because pugs often make grumbling noises, especially when they're excited or trying to get attention. So, when you see a bunch of pugs together, you can say you’re looking at a grumble!
